What are the return and cancellation policies ?
Orders with added personalization cannot be canceled or returned. For orders other than this, the shipping cost is paid by the buyer and the return and exchange process is applied.
WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Machine or hand washable at 30 degrees
- Use liquid detergent
- Do not use stain removers.
- Do not wash at high temperatures.
Is it possible a change of address?
If your order has been delivered to the post office, we have no way to re-direct the package to a different address.Contact me within the first 24 hours. I would still like to help if possible.
