I received the most excellent customer service from Kayla, she happily answered my questions and sent extra measurements upon request. My dress was received very nicely presented, beautifully clean, pressed and in good vintage condition exactly as was described. Thankyou Kayla, for treating me as your very best vip customer, I appreciated the time you took to make sure I was happy with my purchase, no mean feat given our massive time differences.
