Never received item. Refund issued from Etsy

Item never was received even 3 weeks after close of expected delivery window. Will update review if receive response to prior claim

No book came, don't fall for it, read reviews nobody's getting a book. Shame on Etsy for allowing this person on their site especially after all these reviews, wish I would have read first, getting your money back is a several step procedure don't even do it.

No product arrived a month after order placed. No feedback upon query either.

Be careful. This is not a legitimate seller. Item wasn't shipped and seller doesn't respond. Etsy provided a return, but the seller may hope that customers don't bother with escalating the matter

I'm giving this seller a big Fat ZERO. I ordered a small book on Feb 15. I was given an expected delivery date range of Feb 18-27. Well, I received exactly ZERO goods & service - no book & no message to explain a delay. ZERO. I reached out to the seller on March 5 to enquire about my awesome ZERO delivery. I received a response back in broken English, "I apologize to you that you will receive a parcel in a month. Actually, the parcel is a blood donation (um... what's that about a blood donation?!) You will receive the parcel in a day or two." It made ZERO sense... except for the last line which came through clear, "You will receive a parcel in a day or two." Okay, I can wait two days. Fast forward 10 days to March 15. I have received exactly ZERO goods & service - no book & no message to explain a delay. ZERO. Thx for ZERO!

Never arrived...in over three weeks. Etsy refunded my money.
