I do accept custom orders for items I make. Since I personally craft each item, processing time will vary depending on item. This can range from 2-5 days. I do not accept cancellations on custom orders after 24 hours. If there are any changes needed, I will gladly make adjustments for no extra charge if product is not started. An additional charge may apply if item is already being made.

Some items listed are classified as custom orders or made to order. Cancellation policy applies to these products.

Bulk sales on Soap dishes are available upon request. As I inspect each item I craft to ensure quality, please allow needed time for order to be filled. Depending on amount ordered, this can range from 5-10 days.

All products are made of real wood. Do not bleach or use harsh abrasives. Furniture polish and cleaning products designed for wood care are highly recommended. Products are built to last with normal use. Do not hit, drop, or use other than designed for.

We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time.

All of our items are shipped in a way that ensures safe travels to its destination. We want you to have the item you purchased delivered safely.

Lunar Red Studio does ship internationally. I will be expanding to more countries soon. Buyers are responsible for all shipping, import and custom fees.

I frequently issue discount codes, especially to loyal customers. I honor all codes issued. However, these discount codes are not to be combined with any other promotional codes and limit one loyalty code usage per order.

I do offer next day shipping on some items as advertised.

We do accept Returns and Exchanges if the item received is not as listed. If the item received is damaged upon receipt (must show proof of damages). We will make exceptions on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you need to request a return or exchange.

When returning or exchanging, merchandise must not be unopened, unused and undamaged.

Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.

You will receive a confirmation message regarding your order. After 24hrs your oder will be customized based on options chosen when you placed your order. Any notes attached to your order will also be addressed while processing your order. All efforts will be made to complete your order within the processing time stated. In the event it takes longer, you will be notified of any changes along with a new estimated time for shipping.

Once your order is processed and ready for shipping, all customers will receive a notification along with an attached picture of orders prepared and ready to ship. This will allow both parties to be confident in item being shipped and delivered. I insure all packages shipped, however, I cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, wrong address provided, refusal/unclaimed or mishandled packages.
