This was my first order with LunasCrafts and I couldn't be happier! Kati does such wonderful work and her little creations are just perfect! I already have my next custom order placed and am looking forward to many many more!
Accepted payment methods
All items will be shipped via registered priority mail, and I'll send you a shipping notification with the tracking code. Unfortunately online tracking only works in some countries - for example Australia Post and since recently USPS doesn't offer this service (but, should anything go wrong, the code can be used to file an official research in these countries too).
The usual delivery time is about a week within Europe, two weeks for Canada and the USA and 3-4 weeks to Australia.
If your item doesn't arrive in time, please let me know! You could also try calling your local post office - it could be sitting there waiting for you (the notice left by the postman sometimes goes missing). After a certain time unclaimed packages are returned to me, and I will only be able to resend them if you pay the shipping cost again; otherwise I'll refund the price of the items.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your package doesn't arrive in three weeks (four weeks for Australia), please let me know. International mail has hiccups sometimes and once the order was shipped, I can't do anything to ensure a timely delivery. However, if your items are not just delayed but lost, you will get a full refund or replacement, whichever you choose. I consider a package lost if it doesn't arrive in a month (in six weeks for Australian orders - I apologize but post seems to be slower down under).
