Due to the unique nature of antique and vintage items, the fact they they are old and used, and also that most of the items in the shop are on consignment from other sellers or previous owners, this shop has a strict no return policy.

All items are sold AS IS.

Inspecting hundreds of items is very different than inspecting just one. It's impossible to detect every single flaw with an item, for many reasons. Fabric volume, print, and structure, many items can be hiding pinholes, age spots, fade, tiny tears, old repairs, and breakage.

I commit my very best to finding flaws so that they are disclosed in the listing and that you know what you are getting. But being only human, I do sometimes miss something. Or did see something tiny and since I use a copy and paste template for my listings may forget to type it in. I've even left out entire measurements before!

That being said, I would never sell anything I wouldn't be happy to wear as is. I'd never sell anything that couldn't be washed or fixed. Many spots and stains can come out easily, and a tear at a seam can be sewn up in minutes. These items were cared for and loved generations ago, and previous owners if they found a flaw, they didn't throw it away like we do today. They lovingly fixed it.

And that's why vintage is so special. There's heart and history

Also, many of our items can retain a vintage storage odor, or the odor of our house. Also, we do have pets within our home. But we do try to remove very strong odors through natural methods, we do not ever sell anything or even bring home very smelly items, as several of us have allergies.

We are also not responsible for packages that arrive too late if you needed it by a certain date and we mailed the item in the time stated, items that are damaged, or are lost or stolen due to postal service issues. We suggest you file a claim with them or with your home-owners/renters insurance, or if stolen, you must file a police claim.

We also do not accept returns on formal wear such as wedding gowns, prom gowns, sequin or silk beaded items, etc as they could have been worn to an event or party and we don't do rentals. Seriously, NO RETURNS.

Also, very strict rules for lingerie or swimwear obviously! ;)

In spite of the policies, we have a 100% positive track record of 15+ years of happy customers guarantees you will receive a beautiful item that you will treasure forever! We know the rules seem harsh, but this is one of our main sources of income, and we take what we do very seriously. We are honest and hard working and have earned the respect and loyalty of thousands of happy clients over the years.

Please ask any questions before purchase so you can be ultra sure! Just because we don't do returns does not mean you can't contact with an issue, we might be able to offer a solution! Please do not leave bad feedback without contacting us first! If we miss something, we are very sorry, but we are only human!
We gladly accept and encourage PayPal. We also do Etsy direct checkout and Etsy gift cards! I only allow cancellation requests within one hour of purchase. After that your item will be mailed to you when it's time to ship it.
Please be aware of all your countries customs import laws, fees or taxes/duties. We are not responsible for those costs. We do not reimburse those costs for any reason. NO ONE does that.

I ship kind of slow since I work full time, usually within 3-5 BUSINESS days of payment. If you need faster shipping please message BEFORE purchase. Your item can take up to a week+ to receive in US, and 3+ weeks International. Be patient this isn't Amazon!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE refer to the measurements given! Buy a tape measure and measure yourself! We don't compare sizes since it's not entirely accurate.

Please not that if you choose to layaway an item, and do not complete the transaction by missing a payment, or wanting to cancel the transaction, we will refund your money 3-5 business days after the request, minus a 25% restocking fee. This also applies to canceled regular transactions. You must also give a good reason for the cancellation so we can note that for tax purposes.
