This is a unique, well-made necklace.
However, if you are ordering from the USA, be aware that you need to order very early. This shipper does not ship out quickly, and the postal service to the USA takes forever! I paid for this on 11-29-20 and I did not receive it until 1-11-21!

This piece is beautiful and LARGE. The shipping time was long, but Mariela gave me the heads-up on that and we've come to expect that by now. Not a surprise since items are coming from Portugal to the US. The packaging was excellent. The necklace has a long chain also. The filigree on this piece is just gorgeous.

Update 11/16/20: Mariela and I are working to resolve the issue described below. She is truly very helpful and I will keep this post updated.

When the item finally arrived, the clear stone was missing from the necklace. The tile itself was also different: I did not receive the necklace displayed on the site. I have emailed this seller 3 times at her two different email addresses to discuss a refund or exchange. Purchased Sept. 4 and October 24, 2020. No response from the seller as of November 16, 2020. I cannot give this item as a gift as intended. Extremely disappointed in the item, the seller, and the lack of exchange/refund.

The design on the bag that was delivered was more of a horizontal striped pattern without that lighter color (making it look two toned) the way it is pictured, but I love it and think it looks beautiful. It is also seems to be well made. I am very happy with this purchase.

This necklace is truly a gorgeous pieces of jewelry that I will be wearing a lot!!! The craftmanship is superb!!! When it arrived and I opened it to see the beautiful packaging inside holding the jewelry, It put a huge smile on my face! Thank you so much for the lovely bracelet also. I will truly be wearing pieces of Portugal!

Communication with the shop was great and received the item quickly. I ordered coasters and was expecting them to be hand painted porcelain/ceramic. I'm not sure what the material was, but it was much more lightweight and the designs looked like they had been printed and affixed on with some kind of glue. They broke easily. Not what I was expecting, so I returned it. Received a refund but not for shipping.

Product was really really nice - very much as the pictures look.
