Sparkling Everyone’s Days!

It started with a dream of a little girl.

Her mom gave her a gorgeous amethyst crystal pendant as a gift when she was a young girl. Her breath was taken when the beauty was handed to her. The purple amethyst reflected the sparkly stars (and hearts) in her eyes… she was hooked and deeply enchanted with the beautiful lustre of jewelry since then.

Well, you all know the little girl was me.

With a lot of hard work, my little jewelry boutique was opened and I named it LUSTRE, for my passion for lustre, for the dream of a little girl. I hope the lustre of my jewelry sparkles your days as it does to mine, too.

Welcome to Lustre! Each piece of my jewelry is a combination of precious nickel-free and lead-free metal components, such as sterling silver(92.5%), fine silver, 24K gold and 24K rose gold vermeil, 14K gold filled, cubic zirconia, freshwater pearls and a few of solid bronze and raw brass. I enjoy making beautiful, elegant, long lasting and affordable jewelry. I hope the lustre of my jewelry will sparkle your days as it does to mine, too. =)

Returns and exchanges
I genuinely want all of my customers be happy about their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase. I will make every possible effort to work out with you for a solution and to make you happy. After 7 days, all sales are considered final.

If you decide to have a refund, please return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order in order to receive a refund. Item(s) must be in its original conditions and unworn. Shipping cost, personalized items and custom orders are not refundable. Refunds can only be issued upon returned item(s) received, and via PayPal.
I accept payments through PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards and Direct Checkout (all major credit cards).

If payment is submitted as an eCheck, your order will be shipped once your eCheck cleared.

All prices of Lustre Modern Jewelry website are in US Dollars.
All orders are shipped by Canada Post to the address listed in the Etsy checkout, NOT Paypal. If you want to ship the order to another address, please indicate it in the “note to seller” when check out.

All of Lustre jewelry is made-to-order, please allow 1~3 days lead time before shipping out your order. All orders generally are shipped in 1~3 days (except weekends and holidays because post office has no shipping service) after payment is received in full. Please be advised that the shipping times should be added to the current order production time to estimate time of arrival.

** Estimated Delivery Time **
Within Canada: Usually 1 up to 2 weeks.
To the US: Usually 2 up to 3 weeks.
To anywhere else: Usually 3 up to 4 weeks.

I use Canada Post Small PacketTM Air Parcel Service to ship my USA & international packages. The said service cannot be tracked and I cannot control how long it gets held up in customs. Please allow 2~4 weeks for shipping.

If you need EXPEDITED service, please contact me BEFORE placing order. I will check and let you know the shipping options and costs.

All orders (except charms and polishing cloth) come with a beautiful gift box and carefully wrapped and shipped in a protective heavy duty box. I do not include an invoice with your order.

Please be advised that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Missing order is frustrating. I have been shipping with Canada Post for years and most of packages arrived on time, only a few took just a bit longer delivery time during holiday season. In my experience, lost parcels occur very very rarely. But when it does happen, please contact me if you haven't received your order within 3 weeks for Canada orders, and within 4 weeks for US and international orders, I am always willing to help to contact Canada Post if there is any problems.
