I accept payments through PayPal, a secure online payment system which is very popular and easy to use. Also, PayPal is a great way to pay since you do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit/debit card.

I leave 3 days to complete the payment, if the payment is not completed in 3 days, I will cancel the sale. If You have problems with PayPal or problems with a transaction, please contact me and I will try to find the way to help You.

Items are shipped out within 1-2 days after confirmation of payment.

Normaly the shipping it takes 1-2 weeks to Europe, 2-3 weeks to other countries to arrive. Please, contact me if You have not received the package. Sometimes it can happen due to bad weather conditions or other circumstances, that aren´t in my control.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Please, make your holiday purchases as fast as you can, because the post in these months can be slow. I am not responsable if the purchase do not arrive at time!

I always send my items by certificated mail and in the bubble envelopes - it´s the best way to protect them.

I ship to the address mentioned on your Etsy receipt, so please make sure it is your adress. If You want the package be shipped to the other adress, please write me a note or send me a convo.
