A. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, PayPal, and Etsy gift cards are accepted.
B. Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is charged for all Washington state residents. Sales tax will be be calculated based on the order total (price + shipping).
A. How is shipping calculated?
Shipping cost is based on package weight and dimensions. Combined shipment discounts are offered as listed.
B. What carrier do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail, unless a shipping upgrade is selected. USPS Priority mail and USPS Priority Express mail upgrades are available.
C. How long before my order is shipped?
Orders will be shipped a maximum of 3 business days after payment is received.
D. How long will it take to get my U.S. order?
For Standard Shipping (First Class), USPS estimates a delivery time of 2-5 days. Including standard processing time, you should receive your order in 5-8 days.
For Priority Shipping, USPS estimates a delivery time of 1-3 days. Including standard processing time, you should receive your order in 4-6 days.
For Express Shipping, USPS estimates a delivery time of 1-2 days. Including standard processing time, you should receive your order in 4-5 days.
All estimated delivery times are based on information provided by USPS. I have no control over actual delivery times.
E. How can I get my U.S. order sooner?
For the fastest shipping option, send me an Etsy message BEFORE placing your order to confirm whether rush processing is available. I respond to all Etsy messages ASAP. After confirmation, choose the Express Shipping upgrade for your order. All rush orders will be shipped within 24 hours. With rush processing and Express Shipping, you should receive your order in 2-3 days. Rush processing requests received after an order is placed are NOT guaranteed.
F. How long will it take to get my International order?
For Standard Shipping (First Class), USPS shipping times vary. A delivery time of 7-14 days is common. Including standard processing time, you should receive your International order in 10-17 days.
For Priority Shipping, USPS estimates a delivery time of 6-10 days. Including standard processing time, you should receive your order in 9-13 days.
For Express Shipping, USPS estimates a delivery time of 3-5 days. Including standard processing time, you should receive your order in 6-8 days.
G. How can I get my International order sooner?

H. Will I be able to track my package?
All U.S. shipping options include tracking. Basic International shipping does NOT include full tracking. If you need tracking for your International order, choose Priority Shipping or Express Shipping. After shipment, you will receive an Etsy email with your tracking number.
I. I am an International customer. What about customs?
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, etc. incurred at customs. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me BEFORE placing your order.
J. How are orders packaged?
Standard Shipping orders are shipped in a poly bag. Priority Shipping and Express Shipping orders are shipped in a padded envelope. Each piece of jewelry is protected by a white gift box.
K. What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?
Please contact me. I have never had a package arrive damaged or get lost in the mail, but if it happens to you please contact me so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds and Exchanges
A. Do you have a customer satisfaction guarantee?
Yes! I want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me. If at any point in the life of your item it requires repair, you may return it according to the returns and exchanges policies below and I will repair the item at no charge to you.
B. What is your returns and exchanges policy?
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, all orders (with the exception of custom orders) qualify for a full refund or exchange, NOT including the cost of return shipping, as long as the following easy criteria are met:
1. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of the original delivery date.
2. All returns must be shipped with the jewelry placed inside its original white gift box.
3. All returns must be shipped with a tracking number.
4. After shipment, you must send an email with the tracking number of your return.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. The requirement of purchasing tracking and sending an email with the tracking number is intended to protect you in the event your package is lost by the postal service. Without tracking, I cannot verify the package was lost and a refund cannot be issued. Please contact me with any questions concerning the returns and exchanges policy.
Additional Policies and FAQs
A. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is available by request for an additional $3. Gifts will be packaged as described above and gift wrapped with wrapping paper. Theme choices are Birthday (please include gender and age), Holiday (please include which holiday), or Everyday. Paper choices are Regular or Eco-Friendly. BEFORE placing your order contact me with the items you would like to purchase and your choice of wrapping. I will create a custom order and contact you when it is ready for purchase.
A. I really love ______, but I would need a different size/material/etc. Can it be altered? How much would it cost to alter it?
It may be possible for an existing piece to be altered. If the alteration is possible and it is a minor adjustment in design and/or materials, the alteration is free.
If the alteration is possible, but would require a major adjustment in design or materials, it becomes a custom order (see below) and the price will adjust according to the costs of the substituted materials and the labor required to alter the design.
If a new piece needs to be made, it will be considered a custom order (see below) and the price will increase or decrease according to the costs of the substituted materials and/or the labor required to alter the design.
Most alterations are a minor change and are free! Please contact me with any questions you have.
A. Do you do custom orders?
Yes, I would love to create a custom piece just for you! I can make you a variation of a piece currently for sale (different metal, size, color, etc.), a duplicate or variation of a piece that has sold, or something entirely new. I can work within any price range. Click the blue "Request Custom Order" button to make your request.
B. How long will it take you to complete my custom order?
Please allow 1 week after payment is received for your custom order to be created and shipped. If I do not have the needed supplies in stock, I will let you know approximately how long it will take to create and ship your order prior to payment. Time frames will vary depending on the complexity of the requested design.
C. Is payment different for custom commissioned orders?
If your order is quoted under $20, not including shipping and/or taxes, payment is the same. A custom listing will be posted and you will be notified when your order is ready for purchase.
If your order is quoted at $20 or more, not including shipping and/or taxes, payment is different. All custom orders quoted at $20 or more require a 50% down payment to cover material and equipment costs. You will be sent a PayPal invoice for your 50% down payment. Your 50% down payment must be paid BEFORE work will start on your order. At this time only PayPal payments are accepted for the 50% down payment. When your custom order is complete, a custom listing will be posted priced at the remaining 50% and you will be notified your order is ready for final purchase.
A. What materials do you use in your jewelry?
Each item listing provides material information as accurately as possible, both within the item description and the materials tags. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact me.
B. I have metal allergies/sensitivities. What are my options?
For earrings, the hooks or posts can be replaced with sterling silver, 14k gold-filled, or niobium metals for no additional charge. If a hypoallergenic option is not already listed, please contact me.
For all other jewelry, please contact me.
C. Do you have any animals on the premises?
Yes, I have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Joxer who is the LuvCherie Jewelry morale officer. Although he does not have direct contact with the materials or finished pieces, he is around the work areas and myself. I cannot guarantee that your order will be free of dog allergens. Please take this into account before placing your order.

Yes, wholesale pricing is available to retailers. Please contact me for more information.
