Fitness and Food Inspired Charms and More!

I started Luv Fit around 2014 to help inspire others to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle. After sharing my own weight loss journey on Instagram and witnessing the fitness and weight loss journeys of others, I realized that not every journey is the same, nor are they "perfect" (hence our pizza and cupcake charms, haha). The occasional cheat meal was part of my personal journey and many other people I followed on Instagram. Plus, who doesn't love a cute pizza charm??

I'm a mother of 2, so things can get a little chaotic at times. But fitness and health are a passion of mine, so I try to make time for it regularly. I even use my own jewelry to keep myself motivated - hopefully it does the same for you!

The majority of our charms are made out of pewter and are manufactured in the USA. Pewter is a great alternative to sterling because (1) it is considered hypoallergenic and thus, is a good option for those with metal allergies and (2) does not tarnish like sterling does.

Note: Not all pewter is created equal. No matter where you purchase from, make sure that the pewter you are buying is made in the USA or has some sort of certification of actually being pewter. I have found some items on Etsy and elsewhere that are marked as "pewter" but are not actually pewter. Pewter is made out of 85-99% tin, while the rest of the metal consists of copper, antimony and bismuth. Pewter does not contain zinc alloys, which can create problems for those with sensitive skin or metal allergies.

PS - You may notice some old reviews from some beaded jewelry I used to sell in this shop that have pretty much nothing to do with fitness. These were before my fitness days, although I do still love beading on occasion.

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase! If you aren't for whatever reason, please message us so that we can address the problem. Jewelry is a very personal thing, so we understand if it isn't something you enjoy. :)

Please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of your item if you'd like to return or exchange the item you received.

In the case of a return, shipping costs are not refunded. Customers are responsible for shipping fees back to us, although this shouldn't be much. Message us if you need help finding the best, affordable form of shipping that includes tracking. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the item, so it's good to get tracking info!

TIP: Save the envelope that your item came in and use that to return your item - that way you don't need to pay extra for packaging. A label can be placed over ours.

Note: If something breaks, please let us know! This isn't a common occurrence, but occasionally a chain or charm can break if it was dropped / weakened in transit (one customer's package looked like it had been run over and I gladly sent a replacement!). We will gladly replace it!

Returns and exchange details
FOR JEWELRY / KEY CHAINS: Refunds / exchanges are available within 1 week after you receive your order. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.

If requesting a refund, only the cost of the product is included, provided that the product is still in good condition. Any shipping costs will not be included as part of the refund.

Note: When mailing an item back, we suggest getting some form of shipping that includes tracking (First-Class USPS will usually provide this) and / or insurance. A refund / exchange will only processed upon receipt of the item.
Payment
Items are shipped upon receipt of payment. As a side note, eChecks made via PayPal can sometimes take 3-5 business days to clear. Orders are not shipped until the eCheck clears.
Shipping
All jewelry and key chains are shipped via USPS first-class mail typically within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) or USPS Priority (unless otherwise stated in our shop). Shipping times vary depending on your location, but usually take between 2-7 business days within the USA for first-class, or 1-3 business days with Priority. Neither are guaranteed time frames, but are pretty reliable from my experience!

International orders (outside of the USA) can take 1-5 weeks, but most locations take about 2 weeks from what I've been told! As a side note, please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs fees prior to ordering - every country is different! We are not responsible for these fees.

Of course, holidays or natural disasters can delay shipment time-frames.

CUSTOMS FEES FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE USA
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees. Make sure you are familiar with your country's customs fees before ordering - it varies quite a bit country to country. This is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of before purchasing.

LOST PACKAGES
Domestic orders: Shipments within the USA usually do not take more than 1-2 weeks to arrive. If for some reason your package doesn't arrive, please let us know and we'll work out a solution!

International orders: If you're located outside of the US, shipments can sometimes take up to 5 weeks. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do to control this as there are many factors that can delay a shipment (i.e. - weather, delays within the destination country's custom's department, etc). We can reship or issue a refund after 5 weeks have passed to allow for the full estimated time frame to ship. Just let be sure to let us know and we'll work out some sort of solution.

Care instructions

Our pewter charms are a great hypoallergenic alternative to sterling silver. These charms can be worn while working out or in the shower, but will need to be polished / cleaned occasionally.

HOW TO CLEAN PEWTER CHARMS: Mix 1/2 cup of baking soda with 1 cup of boiled water. Place charms in mixture. If you need to scrub the charms, gently use the SOFT side of the sponge. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. If done this way, antiquing should not com

Our necklace chains and bracelet chains are stainless steel and can also be worn while working out or in the shower.

We do offer some zinc and resin charms. We don't recommend getting these wet.
