We accept Credit Card Payments, PayPal and Money Orders and Etsy Gift Certificates
For Money Orders: Your order will be shipped upon receiving and the validation of the Money Order.
For Echecks (paypal) there is an additional waiting period for check to clear.
We usually ship in 1 to 2 business day and sometimes 3 business days, depending on the complexity of item ordered. If you need your item/s sooner, please contact us and we will ship it however you like, after both parties agree on shipping charge.
When we ship Priority 1-3 Day Shipping, there is no Guarantee your items will arrive on, or by a certain date. After we mail it and it is scanned as 'Delivered', it is then out of our hands and now the USPS's responsibility. However, we will work with you to find the package. You should first contact your Mail Carrier and your Local Post Office. Check with neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong address, etc.
To My International Customers:
We do not collect any customs when sending packages. Any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Luvabead - Belle Dame Bijoux is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.
Refunds and Exchanges
Since we're dealing with jewelry, we do not accept returns for refunds, only Store Credits for exchanges, once we have rec'd. the item/s back in the same sturdy shipping box that it arrived in and in the same condition as sent, within 7 days of delivery receipt. We will reimburse your shipping cost once we find the item in same condition as when we shipped it to you.
If your item is rec'd. flawed or damaged, you must first contact us with your concerns. We deal with these problems on a case by case basis.
We do our best to make sure there are detailed descriptions and great photos of our items so there should be nothing in question or unexpected.
