Taking orders for 2024 -2025 season now! We highly suggest placing a custom costume deposit ASAP to save a spot if you are interested in a custom costume. Currently we are offering 7% off all deposits for the next 21 days only ( until May6th)
March-June is the very best time to order to avoid the rush and much longer lead times. Orders placed in the Spring and Summer generally are delivered in 4-6 weeks time. If you order after that time the costume will not be delivered for 8-10+ weeks vs the normal 2-3 weeks in the Spring and 4-6 weeks if ordered in the Summer.

A lot of people reach out and ask me to copy costumes or make costume bases. I’m sorry we do not do that. If you’d like something designed or a custom version of something we sell we are happy to do so. Just to reiterate we do not make custom plain costumes / bases based on other designs. We design , source, make our own patterns, sketch , sew, appliqué and stone everything here in the USA ourselves. We do not outsource bases in China like other companies.

All costumes are either available custom one of a kind costumes or can be custom ordered.
We encourage you to early as soon as possible for this fall/ winter. We start accepting orders in July and produce orders on a first come first serve basis. In case additional alterations are required allow an additional 2 weeks. It will take 6-8 weeks to produce your order so please place your order 10 weeks in advance of when you need it. If you need a rush order be sure to call us.
Please also send measurements to ensure a proper fit. ( chest, waist, hip, girth and total height. Sending a photo of your dancer will also help us to construct the costume with the best fit. In the event that additional alterations need to be made please allow an extra week to allow that to occur. Refunds and Exchanges

we do not issue cash refunds on ANY merchandise . store credit ONLY
We will never issue cash back on anything custom. As soon as custom deposits are made, sketches are done, materials are sourced and ordered and patterns are made.
A lot of work goes on behind the scenes even before we cut or sew the costume.
If you order an I stock costume you can exchange it for something else or order something custom to replace it.
If you are dissatisfied with the results you can ask us to alter or even re make . If the quality is not up to par with a custom handmade product and you are for whatever reason unsatisfied please call us to discuss your options to later or re do your costume. We are happy to work with you to make your costume perfect.
If unsatisfied contact us for alterations within 48 hours . If alterations are needed please advise within 2 days and postmark follow the instructions below.
In stock items can be returned for store credit as long as the items are postmarked within that day time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund .
Custom made orders are non-returnable. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
