All products are hand crafted in our shop and are made using the highest quality American made cell cast acrylic and finest quality solid brass.

When contacting about custom curtain rod quotes please include:
1. number of rods
2. length of each rod in inches
3. hardware finish
4. finials (if any)
5. number of rings (if any)

We can accommodate any length rod. Please reach out to us to discuss any special needs such as above average weighted curtains, longer rods, etc. and we're happy to provide assistance with your order.

Luxholdups is proud to offer exclusive pricing to professionals in the trade, who are working on residential projects. To register before placing an order, please provide us with your Company Name and at least one of the following:

Current Business or State Profession License, in a Residential or Commercial Design-based business, or the Hospitality industry
Proof of current AI or IDI provincial registration
Business ID number
Proof of current ASID membership
Interior design certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC)
W9, Federal ID form, or EIN number
Resale or Sales Tax Certificate

Members of the trade will have 15% discounted from orders over $500.00. We are not able to retroactively give the discount and we do not combine several orders to reach the minimum. Discounts do not apply to wood furniture, handrails, bay window rods, hampers, three-bar lucite towel rack or retail fittings.

Due to the custom nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for curtain rods, handrails, retail displays, furniture, 1" DIA pulls or modified pieces.

Standard sized towel bars, 1/2" and 3/4" DIA pulls, hooks and TP holder orders that total $300.00 or less may be returned or exchanged with a 15% restocking fee within 14 days of delivery. We do accept returns on all curtain rings within 14 days of delivery with a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery.
