Hello everyone! We have big news to share this morning... we are moving locations to Las Vegas, NV!! The last few months have been a long series of stressful and complicated events that have culminated in the decision to move. Please be patient as we move our processing time back to 5-10 business days for the move. Once I have a new team hired our processing time will be moved up to 1-3 business days again. However, my husband and I will be living apart this year and taking turns traveling to see each other on the weekends. In order to keep my husband and children a priority in my life, we will be closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays this next year until my husband completes his residency and we are able to live together again.

I am excited about the opportunity this move gives me to fix some issues that have been plaguing us this last year. Within six months I plan to have our website completely fixed, our message system revamped so that we can respond more quickly and efficiently to messages, a new inventory and product ID system installed so that we do not oversell or sell out of items as often, and to expand our product line! Most of all, I am extremely excited to be doubling our square footage in our new space. Our local customers know how cramped and crazy it has gotten in here over the course of the last year!

I've been so lucky to have the most amazing employees here and hope to get another awesome team trained ASAP. If you know anyone in the Las Vegas area seeking part time employment, feel free to send them my way. Amanda's last day was May 15th, she decided to go to school full time so that she could finish before her baby boy arrives this fall. Kelsi's last day will be June 9th as she is moving back home to North Carolina. Angela will be staying through the end, but it will be just us running the store and packing to move and she has some stressful things in her life at the moment that make it so she cannot work as much. Once I have moved it will be just me running everything, hiring, and training... so please be patient with me over the next month smile emoticon

I want to thank you all for being the best customers ever! A lot of you have been with me from the beginning when I ran Luxe Supply Company out of my spare bedroom. It has been a huge treat to get to work with so many amazing and talented ladies! Thank you all so much for letting me do something I truly love!

*The first business day AFTER your payment clears is when I start counting. Please let me know before purchasing items if you need them by a certain date. I always try to accommodate rush orders at no additional charge, but you need to let me know!

★ Messages: I do answer messages some in the evening and on weekends. However, I have a husband and kids that need attention too! We try to get all messages answered before 3:00 pm at work. If you message after that, please be aware that it might take until the next business day for your message to be answered. We do occasionally get bogged down, but feel free to resend your message if it has been more than 24 hours as every once in a while we somehow manage to miss a message :( Our team helps me with messages at work for several hours every day so we are able to keep caught up. They cannot issue Paypal refunds and sometimes needs approval for certain items, so please be aware that we are an extremely busy shop and will take care of you as soon as we can!

★ PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing, you are acknowledging that you have READ THE LISTING. I allow you to choose colors in my shop, but you need to read the listings to see which colors are available. If you choose colors listed as out of stock, I will have to replace them with in stock colors of my choice.

★ Rhinestone embellishments: My metal rhinestones embellishments are extremely high quality! Every rhinestone style has been stress tested and is packaged accordingly. In the rare event that you get a "lemon", simply send me a message with a picture of the defective rhinestone and I will refund the cost of the rhinestone to you.

★ If you need DIY headband instructions, please see your email confirmation from Etsy for your order or look under "Purchases & Reviews" within Etsy, the directions are included in our shop note to buyers. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ORDERS LOST BY THE POST OFFICE. I have digital records of the address printed on the package and a tracking number that proves it was turned over to the post office. The POSTAL SERVICE is responsible for your package once I turn it over to them. BY PURCHASING FROM ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY POLICIES!!



I am not responsible for lost international packages! All international orders are shipped First Class Mail International and although they do have tracking numbers, the tracking number is typically NOT SCANNED once it leaves the USA. As a buyer you are responsible for paying the customs fees, duties, import taxes, and any related charges. International orders normally take 2-3 weeks to reach their destination, but they can take up to 2 months. Packages shipped around holidays may take longer to get to their destination, so please be patient.

International orders upgraded to Priority normally take around 6-10 business days, but can take longer. Please send me a message if you would like your shipping upgraded to International Priority Mail, which comes with a working tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY: If you feel the postage rate is too high for your country, please leave a note at check out stating that you would like us to verify the shipping weight and refund any overages. We will be sure to manually check your shipping cost and issue you a refund if you were overcharged on shipping. International shipping is complicated and we apologize if you are overcharged.
