Announcement   'Tis the season! I'll be vending at several local craft shows again this fall and winter.
Sometimes you just need to touch the scarves and shawls! Because I am a "yarn snob," (meaning the yarn has to feel yummy before I'll consider spending hours working with it) the scarves, shawls and cowls I make are a tactile joy!

Soooo....if you're in the Missoula, MT area this fall, feel free to come check out my complete inventory in person.

My Fall season kicks off at a unique venue--The Historic Daly Mansion in Hamilton, Mt--a gorgeous setting for holiday shopping! Look for me on the 2nd floor!
November 4--wine reception and shopping! 5:00-8:00 p.m.
November 5--10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
November 6--10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

The Ultimate Indoor Craft Show at the UC Ballroom on the UM Campus is November 12 from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

And a perennial favorite for Black Friday Shoppers! The 8th Annual Montana Art Festival is in the warm and calm Hilton Garden Inn on North Reserve in Missoula.
November 25--10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
November 26--10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m
November 27--10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

December 3 from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. is the Big Sky HS show benefitting the band and drama groups.

And my final show of the season (at least at this point) is The Little Red Truck Vintage Market English Christmas at the Missoula County Fairgrounds.
December 9--5:00-10:00 p.m. (join us after work to wind down and do some great shopping!)
December 10-- 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

.....and then I nap!

I'm addicted to crocheting! And my inventory of afghans, scarves and other handmade creations is taking over the house! Browse through my little shop. Perhaps you'll find that perfect baby shower gift, a gift for the bride or maybe a cozy scarf for yourself!

I especially like using locally-produced or dyed yarns. One of my favorites is Mountain Colors--hand-dyed just down the road in Corvallis, MT www.mountaincolors.com

I've been crocheting for over 30 years and would love to chat with you if you have particular colors or items in mind that you don't find in my store.

This shawl is even more beautiful in person than in the picture. Gorgeous work. Seller is amazing to work with and has excellent communication skills. I look forward to owning more of her work!

About

Why "Tomorrow's Heirlooms"?

I still have a baby blanket my grandmother made for me before I was born. My aunt kept the baby hat and sweater I crocheted for my cousin 30 years ago....When we were creating those items, we never thought they would become cherished heirlooms.

My goal and hope is that every item I create becomes a treasured heirloom--whether it's a handmade lace shawl for the bride or the baby blanket that becomes a child's favorite "blankie."

They aren't heirlooms yet...but they will become "Tomorrow's Heirlooms."

I've been crocheting since I was a little girl. I let the craft go while I finished school and established my career, but took it up again in earnest several years ago when my friends started having babies. I found a special joy in crocheting a one-of-a-kind gifts for them.
