I have not received my order. What do I do?
Give it a few days. If the order has not been received and tracking says “Delivered”, please file a claim with USPS
Do you do refunds?
No refunds unless it’s something that is the shop’s fault. Example: wrong item sent.
My ordered says “delivered” but i have not received it. What do I do? Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds for any issues related to postal. Please contact your post office and file a claim with them.
