Returns & Refunds
Please read to very bottom.
All Original paintings can be returned at your shipping cost. If received damaged to you a full refund is issued.
Fine Art paper and gallery wrap canvas are print-to-order and drop-shipped from my provider to you. If damaged or defective another would be replaced or a refund, otherwise it cannot be returned.
All orders are provided with tracking. Custom print orders will have FedEx with tracking with updates and notice of delivery with pictures of proof of delivery.
Please retrieve it immediately. If you won’t be home, please arrange a nieghbor or someone to retrieve it.
If wrong address was given I am not responsible.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrap is available for these items that comes directly from me:
Fine Art Prints: only on sizes up to 12x18"
Original Paintings: 11x14" or smaller.
Shipping Schedules
Processing in business days before shipping:
Original paintings and any paper prints 12x18” or smaller: 1-2 business days
Drop ship custom orders of larger paper than 12x18 and gallery wrap canvas: 3-7 business days.
Sizing details
Sizes and choice of canvas, paper prints and installation/wall measurement
Please measure your wall before choosing size and consider shopping carefully as they are custom print-to-order and cannot be returned due to selecting wrong size.
Cancellations
All drop-ship orders are print-to-order with my provider.
I may only have one hour in which to cancel your order. If production has started, I will not be able to cancel it.

Please contact me with any questions or concerns. I usually respond within one hour and would be happy to hear from you.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please give me the opportunity to make it right before leaving any feedback at my shop.
