**** For Christmas shopping, please keep in mind that anything drop-shipped from my printer can take 5-9 days processing and another few days to the address provided. This is for any large paper and canvas prints framed and unframed. The "cut-off" date is Dec. 3 for any of the above items to arrive before Christmas.
**** Original paintings and any 8x10 to 12x16 size paper prints come directly from me and ship out in 1-2 days, with 4-5 days to get to you.

* Included is a thank you note, my brochure and a short blurb about my painting.
* PLEASE NOTE: Prints are drop-shipped directly to you from my printer and there are no returns or exchanges for theses items. My original paintings can be returned. Please read FAQ's for further details.

We have great memories camping along the Big Sur Coast with our kids so when we found this painting, it "checked all the boxes". We chose the silver frame in 30 x 40. The silver finish on the frame is a polished look. We are very happy with the purchase and love Lynn's work.

All Original paintings can be returned at your shipping cost. If received damaged to you a full refund is issued.
All PRINTS are custom hand-crafted, print-to-order and drop-shipped from my professional printer directly to you. If damaged or defective another would be replaced, otherwise it cannot be returned for any other reason.
If you did not receive your order, but tracking shows the order was delivered, then it is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local post office to find more info and/or file a theft complaint. I do not offer refunds for orders that are marked as delivered.
If wrong address was given I am not responsible.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Please contact me for a quote. This does not speed up the processing. Only the shipping.

They are packed and shipped directly from me within 1-2 days with 2-5 days delivery. Tracking provided.
PRINTS:
All Prints (except for Clearance Prints) are drop-shipped directly to you from my professional printer. Turnaround time in business days for processing are as follows:
Fine Art Paper: 1-5
Gallery Wrap Canvas: 3-7
Gallery Wrap Canvas Framed: 3-9
* Processing time may still vary as it depends on workload, holidays, natural disasters, etc.
*Tracking will be provided once shipped, with approximately 2-5 business days to get to you.
Sizing details
Please measure your wall and consider shopping carefully as they are custom print-to-order and cannot be returned due to selecting wrong size or for any other reason, unless it came to you damaged.
Cancellations
* All prints are print-to-order. If production has started, I will not be able to cancel it.
*Original Paintings: I can cancel your order. My originals ship directly from me, but if it has already been shipped, you will have to ship it back to me at your shipping expense.
