Welcome to my little store in the etsy community. It has become a fun and interesting way for me to share my art work with old and new friends. I can also share with you all my abundance of Vintage Buttons, Fasteners, Buckles, and other assorted treasures I have been accumulating for many years. I love to see some of these treasures move on to other artists and hopefully, some day, see what they do with them.

Pay Pal has made our lives and dealings so efficient and effortless. I accept and prefer Pay Pal.

A few of you prefer a check or money order. This is OK, but do remember it sometimes takes up to 10 days for the check to clear. If you choose a check or money order, just let me know by Convo. If I don't hear something within a reasonable time from choosing something and putting it in your cart for purchase...say 2 days, I would then consider this like a No-Show. I know our worlds can be complicated. If something comes up, please just do me the courtesy of letting me know. I have a life, too, and understand complications.
I pack well, and I pack carefully. I recycle packing materials. I generally send things First Class with the US Postal Service. With new rates, there is also the cut off of 13 oz. Then it has to go Priority. I try to be a frugal and as efficient as I can. I used to go to the Post Office daily. However, with the cost of petro these days, I am cutting back the trips. Purchases will often go out the next day, but maybe it will need to wait for another day and trip to the PO. It will never be more than 2 or three days, unless I happen to be on vacation. And in that case, it would be on my website front page.

HEADS UP..CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! Some of you have different names and/or addresses on your etsy and your PayPal. Be aware that I will send to the Etsy address if there are more than one address. Convo me if you want it sent somewhere different. The PayPal receipt does not always show up in a timely manner to see if you added a note there.

Things can go missing. If you have had trouble, it is perhaps best for you to consider insuring your purchase(s). I have no control on what happens to the package after it leaves my hands. It is no longer my responsibility, but I will certainly work with you on it. I want you to be happy, too. Unfortunately, many of the things I sell are one of a kind, and can only be replaced by similar items, not exact items.

If you live overseas, and your package leaves me and my Post Office, you are responsible for all the necessary paperwork, fees, taxes, that your own government places on incoming items. You need to be aware of your own country's rules on imports and packages.

I have had to generalize overseas shipping rates, as all rates recently went up again. If it seems like alot, I am sorry. It is the reality of shipping costs. If you end up sending me an overage of postage, I will reimburse you anything over $1 extra, via PayPal. Thanks.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have questions, please ask the questions before purchasing, not afterwards. I will try to answer any questions I can in a timely manner. I am not on the computer all the time, but check it often. If there is a problem, convo me, so we can work it out. We both need to be happy. I respect Green and recycle what I can.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you want something to be a gift and sent to another person at another address, it can be arranged. And I am a good little gift wrapper, and get fairly creative, so you can ask me to wrap and send any of my jewelery as a gift. And you will not be disappointed. Neither will your friend. Just ask.
