I did have a few shipping hiccups a few weeks ago. Got the bugs worked out. I'm using both UPS and Fedex to ensure smoother shipping times (depending on size of package). Shouldn't have any more issues. Every now and then there are delays beyond our control, so using two shipping companies will allow me to minimize any transit issues (hopefully ;o)

All of my items are created by me and just me. To keep prices competitive, I work alone and do not have any staff.

Some weeks may add a few extra days and some may be a day or two sooner...just depends on the amount of orders for that day and that week.

I'm going to add some policies here since scrolling on your phone may not show all the polices:

1. CUSTOM REQUEST: if you want a different color or size, please message me first to make sure I can accommodate your request. Don't just order and leave a note at checkout to change it up...I may not see the note.

2. ALASKA AND HAWAII: your shipping is not free. message me so I can adjust the listing to reflect the additional cost of shipping. If you just place an order without letting me know you are in AK or HI, your order will be canceled.

3. RETURNS: If your item arrives damaged, just let me know within 7 days and I will gladly send a replacement within a week. If it's minor damage, I will email a return label so you can send it back to me...I may fix or replace depending on severity of the damage. If you simply don't like an item, then you will have to send it back on your dime. Once I get it back I'll refund you less my original shipping costs.

4. CANCELATIONS: I don't accept cancelations, but there are always exceptions.
