For International Orders : Information about Customs and Import Taxes
Please include your phone number and address in your order for international delivery! UPS requires a phone number and email in order to arrange potential import/customs fees and delivery.
Import and customs fees are separate from the shipping costs and VAT taxes you pay at checkout. These fees are not calculated when they reach your destination country, so we cannot predict the cost of import taxes, or if you will even have to pay any additional costs. We recommend looking up the import tax rate for your country to find the best estimate!
Once we ship the package, any additional costs are your responsibility, and unfortunately we would not be able to offer any type of refund or cancellation.
What is Customization?
Customization allows you to have your watercolor print edited per your request!
Possible edits include color changes, color matching, and inclusion of text. To include customizations on your print, just select 'yes' for customization on the prints you would like changed and please write the specific edits you'd like in the notes section when checking out.
Not all customization requests can be accommodated (but almost!). Before shipping, I'll send you a screenshot of the edits for approval. This process may increase the processing time of your order.
Customization is not required for framing or Go Big! prints.
What type of paper do you use?
16x20" prints and smaller will be printed on 100% cotton rag 300gsm Archival Matte Paper. GoBig! Prints are printed on 340gsm Cold Press Fine Art Paper. These are lovely museum-quality papers that are acid-free and engineered for high contrast and high resolution output. All prints are printed with high quality pigment inks, which are guaranteed to last for years.
EU and UK orders are printed with ultra wide gamut inks on 310 gsm Hahnemühle German Etching paper.
Prints are signed on the front.

What are Go Big! Prints?
Choose our larger size options to make an impact in your office or home. This is the perfect option for those looking to fill the space of larger wall sizes. And it gives you quite the bang for your buck!
PLEASE NOTE: All sizes above 16x20 will be vectorized. Enlarging our prints without vectorizing can cause the print to look blurry or pixelated, since it’s usually painted at a smaller size. The vectorization process fixes that, however, it does slightly change the look of the painting. It is barely noticeable, but we do like to make you aware so that you know exactly what you’re getting from us! Take a look at the split image in each listing to see the difference between the two.
EU/UK Orders Only: Why did my order ship from Dusseldorf/London?
We used to ship all of our EU orders from our USA studio. Due to the addition of VAT taxes and increased border regulations, EU customers were paying exorbitant customs fees. Some packages cost over $100 in additional customs costs when they were delivered, in addition to the high costs ship from the USA.
As a response, we partnered with a printer that could print our pieces with the colors and quality that we promise for all our prints. The cost to print and ship these pieces is higher, but it saves you from paying more for shipping, and unbelievably high customs fees. Now, shipping is $40 for our EU orders, instead of a higher shipping cost + customs.
We now guarantee customs-free delivery for print orders shipping within the EU and UK.
