MABjewelry's Shop Policies
I love what I do, and customers come first, last, and everywhere in between. If you have any questions about a listing or the business of the shop in general, please let me know. Good communication is the key to any successful relationship. I am convo and trade-friendly, not to mention just friendly in general, and love the idea of sharing my jewelry with the world. Etsy has given me the opportunity to do that.
My jewelry is not intended for children under the age of thirteen. Jewelry made in the presence of two very happy black and white cats.
MAB only accepts Paypal payments at this time. You can pay with a credit card through Paypal without setting up a Paypal account. Contact me if you have questions or problems with Paypal.
Items will not ship until your Paypal payment clears. If there is a problem or concern with payment, please convo me to let me know. We will work it out.
Items will ship within two business days (M-F) after your payment has posted. All items ship via United States Postal Service First Class Mail to the physical address linked to your Etsy account. If your Paypal address and Etsy account address are not the same, this can hold up shipping. If you need an item drop shipped as a gift to a different address, I would be glad to do that. Just let me know what you need.
All jewelry purchases are placed in an organza drawstring bag, and then wrapped securely in recycled bubblewrap and sealed in Ziploc bags, and then tucked in bubble mailers. If you need special gift wrap, please convo me so we can arrange for your request.
If you would like to add shipping insurance or require a faster shipping method than First Class, please convo me for costs before purchasing so I can quote a shipping cost for you.
On the rare occasion that a package may become lost or damaged in transit, please contact me so we can work together to remedy the situation.
MAB is not responsible for any duties or customs fees on international orders. They remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
While I do love to ship everywhere, I have had trouble shipping to Italy. If you are a customer who needs a purchase shipped to Italy, please contact me before purchasing.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let me know and we will certainly resolve the problem. I do accept returns. Refunds will be made to your Paypal account once the returned items have been received back here at MAB. Depending upon the circumstances, the customer may have to pay for return shipping.
