Shipping

Your purchase will be dispatched within according to the dispatch details listed with each item from our courier of choice. PLEASE NOTE WE RESERVED THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE COURIER AT OUR DISCRETION, this may be due to delays, strikes or other reasons, our priority will be to get your parcel to you in the quickest and safest way possible.

For Special Orders, Bespoke Orders please allow an extra 5 working days.

All parcels sent via Royal Mail are covered by an up to £20 compensation guarantee. Please see the upgrade delivery option to increase compensation on your purchase. In the event of a lost parcel MADE at CLUARAN will endeavour to do everything we can to find your parcel, replace it or pay compensation to the value deemed by your postal choice.

- Proof of postage will confirm dispatch and you will be informed of dispatch and where appropriate tracking details.

- International Postage - This will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard with a compensation of £20 in case of loss or damage. Standard delivery is 3-9 working days from dispatch, however due to COVID-19 this may take longer.
Compensation on international delivery is £20, if you require increased compensation please ask prior to ordering and I will send you a price.

- International Tracking - tracking is not always available for overseas postage, if you require tracking please contact me to discuss postage options.

Should you require an item using express delivery please contact me for a price.

CUSTOMS AND EXCISE OUTSIDE UK - You will be responsible for declaring any taxes applicable to your own country should the purchase deem necessary, MADE at CLUARAN accept no responsibility for your countries taxes.

PANDEMIC - Due to the current pandemic please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive and use the tracking number, if supplied, to track your parcel.
If it has not arrived within 10 working days I will contact the courier and will keep you informed throughout. In the event of your parcel being declared lost I will replace the item or apply a refund, please see above statement.
