If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched please send an e mail to info [!at] as quickly as possible and we will cancel the order for you. If the goods have already been dispatched they can still be returned under the terms of our returns policy.


If you wish to return any item that you have purchased online you can do so up to 14 days after you have received the goods. The measurements listed online are approximate and there may occasionally be small variations between the measurements listed online and the measurement of the item you receive.

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. If you need an order delivered on a particular date please e-mail us at info [!at] and we will try to arrange that.


Nearly all items are sent via Royal Mail First Class post (proof of postage is obtained for all items sent). Royal Mail’s delivery aim for this service is for delivery the next day after posting. However, there can be circumstances when delivery of an item takes a longer time than this. If you need an item sooner we can dispatch via a faster Royal Mail service. There would be an extra charge for this service payable by the customer. Please telephone us on +44 (0)20 7998 0185 to discuss your requirements and we will advise you of the additional charge payable. Some very large, heavy items may need to be sent via a different carrier than Royal Mail.


Wherever possible we use a Royal Mail international service that can be traced and requires a signature upon delivery, however there may be some occasions where this service is not available or is simply too expensive to use.

We aim to dispatch all international orders the next working day after they are received. Please allow at least a week for international orders to be delivered.
