All items are shipped with REGISTERED PRIORITY air mail through polish postal service after 2-3 business days after the payment is received. You will get an information about shipment date. Time of delivery depends on country of destination.

INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES:

On October 1, 2015, the USPS ceased to track packages sent from certain countries, including Poland. The letter sent to the customer is registered, but the package cannot be tracked once it leaves Polish territory. The last message that appears is “Package sent from Poland”.
Please be aware that in such an event, our company is not responsible for what happens to the package afterwards. In the event of a delay in delivery or non-delivery of the package, it is not possible to obtain a refund. The only compensation we are able to offer you is preparing the same jewellery model again (or, if the model is out of stock, preparing another model of the customer’s choice offered at the same price).
This is, however, a one-time solution. It will not be repeated in the event of the package containing the compensation item being lost.

We are aware that the situation is particularly inconvenient for you, our customers, but it is also inconvenient for us. Thank you for your understanding. We hope that the situation is only temporary and that the USPS tracking system will soon be once again available for registered packages sent from Poland.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it for a refund, minus the cost of shipping. You must send your item/s back within 7 days of receiving your purchase. I will refund your purchase after I'll receive your package.
Returned items must be in original condition.
Exceptions: custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
