REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

VINTAGE ITEMS: Vintage items have had past lives and most likely will show signs of use. I do my best to explain and photograph their condition. As such, vintage items are not returnable, so please consider carefully before purchasing. Of course, if you feel I have misrepresented the condition, please let me know.

PAPER GOODS: I hope you will like the item as much as I do, however if you have any issues, please contact me within 48 hours or 10 days from shipping. Once a return or exchange has been approved, the item must be returned in it’s original unopened and unused condition. Original postage will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for shipping back for refund and (if applicable) reshipment of exchanged items.

Etsy Gift Cards, Credit Card and PayPal are all accepted. Appropriate sales taxes will be added to all Minnesota transactions.

SHIPPING
I typically ship within 24 hours for purchases made Sunday-Thursday. Friday and Saturday purchases typically go out the following Monday.

I ship to the address provided when you place your Etsy order.

CARDS/TAGS:
• I pack your cards/tags in either bubble wrap + heavy duty envelope or a bubble wrap envelope.
• All paper goods are sent via USPS first class.
• Once I hand off the package to the trusted league of USPS employees, I hope your goods arrive without any "unexpected afflictions”. And usually everything goes swimmingly. But if it doesn’t, unfortunately damages from shipment cannot be refunded. Once the item goes into the hands of USPS, it is between the buyer and USPS and thus it’s a good idea to get shipping insurance.
• If you would like to purchase insurance for cards or tags, please convo me before making your purchase, and I will set up a private sale for you that includes insurance.
• The Post Office can take anywhere from 2-5 business days generally—but may take even longer, depending on the location.
• But luckily, every order I ship out has a tracking number and delivery confirmation. If something doesn’t arrive or is damaged, please let me know! I will do everything I can to fix the situation.

FRAMED ART:
• I pack all framed art in bubble wrap and secure it in a flat-rate USPS Priority Mail box.
• Once I hand off the package to the trusted league of USPS employees, I hope your goods arrive without any "unexpected afflictions”. And usually everything goes swimmingly.
• But if it doesn’t, luckily, insurance (up to $100) is automatically included for all Priority Mail. You will need to file a claim with the USPS at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to receive a refund on damaged goods. This will need to be filed by you, but let me know if and how I can help.

VINTAGE ITEMS:
• I carefully pack all vintage items in bubble wrap, and secure them in the box with crumpled brown paper, packing peanuts, more bubble wrap or bubble spacers. I am an avid "up-cycler" when it comes to packing materials, so you may see used bubble mailers being used as filler.
• All items are shipped according to how the purchaser indicates. If the item offers free shipping, item will be shipped using ground rates. Contact me if you'd like to speed up shipping.
