Welcome to MARTALILY
Here you will find an original and unique collection of exclusive handmade jewellery collection which is perfect for weddings, proms, evenings, parties and any other occasions.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We only accept the Pay Pal method. It is the fastest and safest way to make payment.

Items will only ship after full payment has been received and cleared - no exceptions will be made.
Shipping
We ship all orders (via Royal Mail UK Post) within 2-3 working days after receiving cleared payment.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Delivery will be through Royal Mail (including Tracking Number). Deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt. The recipient must provide a signature upon receipt this will be accepted as the Products being in good condition and that the complete order has been delivered. Thereafter, we will no longer be responsible for actual delivery of the Products to you.

Tracking your order:
You will be able to track your order by visiting Your Account, signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed, when the payment has been authorised and then when the order has been dispatched.

UK:
- Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) 1st Class
- Delivery in 2-5 working days

US:
- Orders are shipped via Airmail International Signed For
- Delivery in 7-12 working days

Canada:
- Orders are shipped via Airmail International Signed For
- Delivery in 7-12 working days

Western Europe:
- Orders are shipped via Airmail International Signed For
- Delivery in 3-7 working days

Eastern Europe:
- Orders are shipped via Airmail International Signed For
- Delivery in 5-10 working days

Everywhere Else:
- Orders are shipped via Airmail International Signed For
- Delivery in 7-15 working days

Please note that customs delays may happen from time to time, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed.

Orders will ship to the address listed on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed. Items will not be refunded if they are shipped to the wrong address. You will be expected to re-purchase your order if you would like it sent out again to the correct address.
Refunds and Exchanges
We can ONLY refund or exchange your purchase if the item is found to be faulty or damaged. Please email us in the first instance immediately for investigation.

Items returned without completing this process will not be accepted.

Please return it to us with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your order.

We will issue a replacement or a full refund within 28 days of receipt. Please indicate your preference when you contact us.

Please note that items must be returned to us in their original condition. Items will not be refunded if we receive them damaged due to poor packaging on your part.

We cannot accept the return of items where the hygiene attachment has been removed.

For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return items to us using Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery (including Tracking Number). We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered back to us and request that you contact Royal Mail directly. Items being returned are your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged goods.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible that appear on our Site and also to ensure that the colours on screen are as close as possible to the colours of the actual product. However, the colour of the actual product you see on your screen will depend on your monitor, your screen settings and resolution. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery and we cannot accept the return of any product because it does not match the colour you were expecting from viewing your screen display.

We are not responsible for customer returns that are not received. Please note that Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange. Any shipping costs, pay pal and handling fees are Non-refundable.

Please take extra care with your order as we cannot accept items for a refund if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used.

***Earrings and other jewellery items***
Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns on earrings.

We will not refund any return postal cost, delivery charges, pay pal and handling fees, sales taxes, customs or import duties that you may have paid in order to secure delivery of the goods to you. You are liable for all costs incurred when returning items to us.

Custom pieces are non-refundable.
