We can personalize pens for any event! If you do not see what you are looking for, send us a message and we'll do our best to create the perfect pen just for you.
Since all of our pens are custom made for each order, you don't need to wait for us to create a custom listing unless you need a different quantity than what is listed. You can go to the listing and choose the Pen Quantity you need and other options and add it to your cart to purchase.
Please note that simple black and white clipart can be added for $8. Business logos (Black and white) can be added for an additional fee of up to $35.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8 AM -4 PM. If you send a message outside of these hours, we will get back with you just as soon as possible.

Frequently asked questions
Can I return my purchase?
Since our items are custom printed by adults with developmental disabilities, we try to keep our prices as low as possible to ensure they always have enough work to do. To accomplish this, we can only accept returns on items that are defective or were not printed according to the proof that you approve. We have many quality control checks in place to ensure the highest quality of all products that we sell so you can buy with confidence! Please note there are very rare instances where certain natural oils on a person’s hands can erode the foil imprint on the pens faster than normal. While this does NOT indicate a defective item, please notify us right away if it occurs and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
How do I tell you what I want on my pens?
There is a space in your shopping cart under each item to add a note to the seller. You can give us your personalization info here and any other order notes. You can also send us a convo with this information.
Should I request a custom order to get my pens personalized?
No, it's not necessary to request a custom order unless you need something different than what is listed. For example, if the listed pen has a blue barrel and white trim (cap & button end) but you need maroon trim instead. While we try to have the most popular color combinations listed, it's impossible to have all of them.
The imprint for EVERY order that we make is personalized for each buyer. So there's no need to worry that you'll end up with blank pens or that you'll have someone else's information printed. If you have questions or concerns, you're always welcome to send us a message in Conversations.
Why do you charge a clipart or logo fee?
Some businesses or individuals want a logo or clipart imprinted on the pens. The listed prices include only text (unless otherwise noted). Since the imprint can only be one color, we are limited in the types of graphics that will print correctly. The fees are $35 for business logos and $8 for simple clipart. This helps cover the extra time it takes to get the graphic ready to print and added misprints. It needs to be a good quality graphic (600 dpi).
Business logos are considered any logo/graphic that has a lot of detail that we have to manipulate to make it ready to print. Most free "Outline" style black and white clipart that is available online can be printed, as long as there's not a lot of detail or lines that are close together.
Can you do RUSH orders?
Yes! We can do RUSH orders for an additional $20. This means that your order is bumped up in line to be printed next and will ship out the day AFTER we receive payment and your approval of a proof image of your imprint. Please be ready to respond right away to any communication from us to avoid a delay in processing your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our normal turn around time is 5-7 days (usually less) from the time we get your approval of a proof image of your imprint. Please note that this requires prompt responses from any Conversations we send you about the order.
Once we receive your order, we will set up your text and send a proof through Conversations as soon as possible (Please note we are open M-F 8AM-4PM and closed on weekends). We must receive your approval of this proof before we begin printing.
In rare instances where we received the personalization info in the order notes but can't get a response about the proof after one week, we will go ahead and print the order so orders do not get backed up. We will print exactly what you requested, so please proofread.
