3 out of 5 starsHello, the average rating is composed as follows: The ring is super beautiful, fits and makes a very high-quality impression even after a week of wearing and intensive playing around with it. However, I was very annoyed that in the end I had to pay an additional 35 euros in customs and fees at the post office. That's another 1/3 of the money I had already paid. I think this would have to be charged at the time of purchase (as with AfriCrea, for example), so that you confirm the final costs when ordering.

Hi! We are sorry that the taxes were charged after, this is not something we have any control over as we ship from Canada. Please communicate this issue to Etsy, which doesn't help seller either when it comes to taxes management. Happy that you love the ring! Thanks. Marie

Your customised item was made and shipped within time frame, the expected delivery was July 13th while this review was posted July 14th. We do answer all our convos. We also have a life and sometimes don't respond in the next hours. You got your full refund, please send the item back when you get it, as 99% of the time the late packages are just late, not lost.
