The Duet I chose was Winter Rose and Vervain (a great medium blue!). As always these watercolors are a joy to work with and I love them! And this package more than met my expectations! (They always do!)

I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed with this palette of paints; I just didn’t know that I would fall in love… I purchased a modified palette with a couple of colors swapped out and I am absolutely smitten with them. Beautifully pigmented and a joy to work with, these watercolors absolutely set a standard. And they smell so good! I also appreciate the wee artwork (I have named her Paulette) and the fact that the pans came with magnets. Lucky girl was the first order of the week and so I also received a surprise gift of some lovely brushes. Everything about an order from MCMarts is a delightful surprise. I’m already plotting my next purchase.

I am beyond thrilled with this beautiful pillbox, generously filled with the elusive quinacridone gold PO49 original pigment. This is my favorite pigment, and I am quite grateful to be able to purchase this much of it so perfectly crafted.
