5 out of 5 starsI opened the box and was greeted by a delightful waft of spice, predominately cumin. This well written cookbook is so personal to read. Sure to become a favorite go to for soup.

My original recipes are all tested in my home kitchen, and prepared by a team of testers for quality assurance. -
My recipe testers help improve quality of writing & process. This is a bowl of my Turkey Noodle Soup, made by a tester. -
This is me with the first professionally printed draft of my first cookbook "The Soup Pot" -
I am a certified Texas Food Handler. My edible products are made in a strictly sanitary environment.
