Ensure you have submitted all information successfully so your order ships on time. Incomplete orders will be placed on hold until all details are received. After two attempts to contact the buyer, through ETSY (not your email), if we are not able to proceed with your order, seller has the right to cancel incomplete orders.

Etsy can only estimate and cannot guarantee USPS shipping times. After the package is scanned, it has left our hands. If it is missing an update or showing as delayed, it means it is still in transit. If your package is lost or stolen, MGCBK will make every effort to locate your package by providing all relevant shipping info.
MGCBK cannot be held responsible for a missing package or delivery delays with USPS. It is your responsibility to file a claim on a missing/lost package and in some instances, a police report if it has been stolen. If your item is undeliverable due to moving or providing incorrect address, another postage will need to be purchased. See individual listing for more info.

~Due to the personalization aspect of each item, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If something is wrong on MGCBK's part when you receive your order, MGCBK will gladly replace it for you at no extra charge. To replace an item that is broken or damaged, a photo must be submitted demonstrating the damage within 24 hours of the package being delivered~
~MGCBK is not responsible for common wear and tear damage and will only guarantee hardware for 14 days for keychains and 20 days do badge reels~
***For non-personalized items only: if you are not 100% satisfied with your selection and order has been fulfilled as listed and ordered, you may return the item at your cost. Order cost will be refunded minus shipping cost paid.

Acrylics can break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces. To clean, wipe with a lint free cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with water or long exposure to sunlight and heat. These actions will cause your item to become weak and lead to a defect and breakage. Chocking hazard due to small parts. Not suitable for children under 5.

MGCBK hours of operations are Monday-Thursday. To fulfill all orders in a timely fashion, shop is placed on “vacation mode” Friday-Sunday. Do not hesitate to contact our shop with any questions during “vacation mode”. A response will be provided within 24-48 hours.

-The AVERAGE lifespan of a reel is 3-4 months. However, there are many factors when it comes to the lifespan of badge reels. Their lifespan depends on how often and how they are physically being used. Based on these factors they can have a shorter lifespan or vice versa. MGCBK is not responsible for common wear and tear damage and will only guarantee hardware for 14 days. If you wish to replace a reel, please do not hesitate to contact MGCBK for step by step instructions.

-All hardware (chain, lobster clip, cable wire) are silver. Some charms and tassels will be gold plated.
