Payment

PAYMENT
I Accept: Paypal, Credit & Debit Cards through Direct Checkout, Etsy Gift Cards.

RESERVES
Due to an increase in unpaid reserves I am less willing to put items on hold. However I am happy to hold items depending on the circumstances. Reserves are still available for returning customers.

Shipping

POSTAGE
I ship worldwide from Scotland, United Kingdom.
I exclusively use Royal Mail and Parcelforce services.
The shipping price quoted on the listing is the standard cheapest option.
Package Tracking is not offered as standard.
Package Tracking is available on request and is to the cost of the buyer. As this service costs more I unfortunately cannot offer this as standard. If you want additional reassurance for the safe delivery of your package then you will have to pay a little extra for this service. Contact me for a quote before making a purchase.
All postage prices include packaging costs.
Combined shipping is automatically applied at the checkout for multiple item orders.

SHIPPING TIME
Your order will be posted within 1-3 business days. Let me know if you need something urgently and I can work with you to get your order out as soon as possible.
UK postage takes up to 1 week.
International shipping takes between 2-4 weeks.
International shipping can sometimes take longer if your package is held in customs. During peak seasons shipping delays for international orders are to be expected, and in some cases, particularly during public holidays, orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately this is out of my control. Please get in touch if you have any concerns and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
I am not responsible for loss, theft or damage to packages in transit. I am also not responsible for customs charges or shipping delays.
If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to me you will be responsible for the repeat postage costs. Normally this is due to an incorrect address being supplied at checkout - double check your delivery address before making a purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUND POLICY
I do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges.
Items are clearly photographed with their correct measurements, condition and fabric content stated on the listing. Please read this thoroughly. If you still have any unanswered questions please ask first before making a purchase.
Occasionally I will accept a return depending on the circumstances. In the event of this the buyer will be responsible for return postage and packaging costs.

VINTAGE CLOTHING
Please be aware that when you buy vintage clothing you are buying a garment that has previously been worn. Therefore signs of wear are to be expected. Defects are clearly stated in the item description so please read all of the information on the listing before making a purchase. If you have any further queries please let me know.
