Shop policies
I began to create miniature flowers with paper, copying the real ones that grow in my garden and today I dedicate myself above all to cross-stitch and half-point "mini-embroideries", with which I make pictures, pillows, carpets and small furnishing objects for dollhouses.

Payment
If payment is not received within 4 days, you will be contacted via Etsy conversation, in case of no response, the order will be canceled.
Shipping
I am not responsible for loss and / or delays caused by the shipping service of Poste Italiane and, subsequently, by the foreign one; nor of non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
I ship in 1 or 3 working days, after receiving confirmation of payment.
The delivery times indicated are approximate:
from 3 to 7 days in Italy
5 to 10 days in Europe
2 to 3 weeks for other destinations
International delivery times vary a lot, taking into account that the items are shipped from Italy.
I remind you that, once the item has been shipped, I am not responsible for the longer delivery times and, being able to prove that I have made the shipment, neither I nor Poste Italiane are responsible if the package is lost abroad.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs controls.

The information I collect
To complete your order, you must provide me with certain information (Etsy provided it to me with your permission), such as your name, email address, mailing address, payment information, and details of the product you ordered. You may decide to provide me with additional personal information (for example, to order a custom item), if you contact me directly.
Why I need your information and how I use it
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, including:
1) provide and improve my services. I use your information to provide the services you have requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I will only share your personal information for limited reasons and circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as needed to provide you with my services and to comply with my obligations under Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
