Excellent service. I ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday. nThe pattern is very well put together. I comes with a large, sturdy bag to hold everything together. Much more useful than the small envelopes from most commercial pattern companies. The instructions are very comprehensive, including help on machine stitches to use for knits and instructions for laying out and cutting the pattern. The photos are clear and the print large enough to see without my reading glasses. I am looking froward to seeing how it makes up.
