Melissa is based out of Ramstein Air Base, Germany ( 6 hours ahead of the East Coast).

We try to answer all questions in a timely manner, but please feel free to send any messages again if you think we may have missed yours! Please keep in mind that we only have 1 person answering requests and it may not be possible to respond to everyone. Any conversations or non rush orders sent over the weekend will be started the following week.

Each listing states what the turnaround time is (usually 3 business days). We have a variety of RUSH Upgrades available if needed.
Instant download purchases are automatically marked shipped when purchased. We do not see custom requests in the "notes to seller" when purchasing these items. For custom color or text requests, you will need to purchase a custom listing from the "Upgrades" section.
All of the items in our shop are Digital, emailed to your Etsy email address on file. Please keep in mind that nothing will be physically mailed to you!

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide Printing?
►No, we provide digital items only. All items in our shop are emailed to you. Nothing is physically sent. We recommend using Zazzle.com for invitation printing and Mpix.com for art prints.
►If printing PDF files from Staples, Office Max, etc., you may be required to show the “Permission To Print” form included with every order. We !! DO NOT !! recommend using Kinkos/FedEx for printing as we have heard many times that they will often not let customers print even with the included form.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We are happy to cancel/refund your order BEFORE files have been emailed or downloaded.
If you need to cancel your order before we have sent a proof to you please send a cancellation request with the reason why and we can send a refund through Etsy or Paypal.
Due to the digital nature of our items, there are no refunds once a proof/final copy of your order has been sent to you, or after your instant files has been downloaded. We are happy to edit your prints and printables until you are totally satisfied!
