I have a lot of different creative ideas in my head!

There are so many things I want to do and there seems not to be enough time for everything but I'm trying because it's so fun. Being creative gives me energy. I am all for long lasting quality things! I DO NOT use cheap non quality materials that breaks within a week and are bad for the environment. So quality, and long lasting and practical are my priority! Next beauty, chic and funny!

I live in Sweden and ships my items from here. I speak Swedish and English. My photography is known as Maria Moborg Photography internationally but in Sweden it's called Mijas FotoAteljé.

Photography
This is my biggest interest and I have education both from Sweden and Australia. I like to be out travelling to see new places and cultures with my camera. At home I spend my time often out in the nature, in the woods, mountains or in the garden photographing all sorts of flowers and insects. The camera follows me everywhere!

I also photograph students, babies, kids and people. I'm retouching old faded photographs and make new prints of them. This is a way to preserve and rescue the history of people and families. You can see more of my images here https://www.flickr.com/photos/mariamoborg/

Drawing/Illustration
When I get an idea in my head I have to put it down on a paper. I have been drawing all my life. I am using all sorts of media and I'm only using good quality, long lasting materials. Most of my inspirations comes from family and friends crazy stories.

Printing
I print my images with a professional Epson photo printer with Epson Archival inks and archival paper for long lifetime of the photos. All my images are supposed to be mounted on an passepartout/matting before framing. All prints are signed on the front.

Mijas HandMade Creations
This is my Knitting, Crocheting and Sewing "section".
I do my creations in a smoke free and pet free environment. I seldom use a pattern and when I have an idea in my head I take the scissors and cut and sew it together. This makes my items unique and no one is exactly as another item. I also try to use fabric design that is not very common. All my fabric and yarn that I use have high quality and all the creations are well made with care and love! Welcome to my page, I hope you'll enjoy my items. I will not make any changes to any illustrations, photographs or other products that is already in my shop. If you have any special requests, please contact me BEFORE you purchase and I will try make one for you that fits your wishes and I'll set up a listing for you that you can buy. If the request is more personal and not possible to resell please make a custom order!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If any problems please contact me and we'll sort it out. I like happy costumers!

* You MUST contact me within 2 days after you received your item for any of the below concerns!
* Any refunds will be for the item cost ONLY.
* Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

BROKEN ITEMS
* All items are carefully packed to protect the item enough during shipping so no item should risk to be broken on arrival.
* If the item is broken on arrival you need to contact me within 2 days of receiving the item.
* You will need to provide a photo of the broken item that clearly shows the problem.
* Depending on the problem, you may have to pay shipping cost on replacements.
* Prints and cards will be replaced if broken on arrival depending of the issue (Minor things, like i.e a bent corner of a photograph that will be hidden behind matting and framing, will not be replaced or refunded).
* Mijas HandMade Creations items need to be returned even if broken. Most of those items are one of a kind items and can not be replaced! Please look at the procedure for returns in this matter!
* Broken items that hasn't clearly been broken during shipping will not be refunded or replaced.

RETURNS
* If you wish or need to return the item, you need to contact me within 2 days of receiving the item.
* You will have to ship the item within 5 days after receiving the item.
* Returned item must be in original shape, unused and clean! = Great condition! If it's not in great condition it will not get refunded.
* You will have to send the item the same way the item was sent to you. With the same kind of packing and if it came with tracking number you will have to send it with a tracking number.
* You will need to provide me a shipping notice with the postal carrier, shipping date and the tracking number. You can do this in a convo. The tracking number needs to show up on postal site.
* You will need to pay for the return shipping cost.
* You need to follow these steps to be able to get the refund.

* Holiday items are not refundable or exchangeable after the holiday! You need to follow the above or below routine BEFORE the holiday.

EXCHANGES
* If you wish to exchange your item for another item in my shop, you need to contact me within 2 days of receiving the item.
* You will have to return the item by following all the steps i Return policy above.
* Buy the other item (with shipping cost) that you want instead and I will ship it within the shipping time on the listing.
* When I receive the returned item, in great condition, I will refund you the item cost of that item.
* No refunds will be issued before the item is returned to me.

* This is the best way for both buyer and seller but if you do not want to do this you could do the slow option below.

Slow option for exchanges!
* Return the item by following all the steps i Return policy above.
* When I receive the returned item, in great condition, I will refund that item and then you buy the other item you want instead.

NOTE!! This option is however very slow. Think and calculate shipping times! If the item took 10 days to get to you in the first place it will probably take 10 days back to me, a couple of days in between and then 10 days back to you =22+ days!

PLEASE NOTE!
If above routines are not followed you may not be able to get a replacement, refund or be able to exchange your item.
Payment
You can pay with PayPal which also accepts major credit cards.
You can also pay with Direct Checkout with credit or debit card.
Shipping
ALL items ships with Registered Mail!

REGISTERED MAIL / TRACKING
The shipping price INCLUDE tracking and insurance! This is a safer way of shipping and both you and me can follow the parcel. HOWEVER!! Tracking is not possible to all countries! If tracking isn't available to your country I'll refund the excess shipping cost.

Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Litany, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, Niger, New Zeeland, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, USA, Vanuatu.

All items ships as soon as possible within 1 week (except the "made to order" items and " Custom orders which takes 2-4 weeks to make). I'm preparing, packing and shipping orders as soon as they are ready.

Printed items are printed after paid orders.

If you left a message or question on your order I will answer you as soon as possible within 2 days. You need to response to that convo within 2 days! If no response within that time I will send you the item you first ordered and additional shipping costs will appear if you need to return or exchange the item!

CUSTOM ORDERS
Your custom item might cost a little more (than the ready items I have in my shop) depending on your wishes of the custom made item.
Price will be settled before I create the listing for a private custom order.
Custom orders need to be paid before I start working on it.
Custom orders are not refundable.
Please order your custom order 45days beforehand if you want it for a special date.

CUSTOM MESSAGE
If your order comes with a custom question I will answer it as soon as possible within 2 days. You NEED to response to that convo within 2 days if it's about information I need to make your item!!

If NO response from you before the day before the estimated shipping day, I will ship the item first ordered on the estimated shipping day. You will NOT be able to make any alterations of your order from the estimated shipping date. If you want to return or exchange your purchased item it will cost you return shipping cost and shipping cost for the exchange item. Please read the Shipping and Refund Policies.

DELIVERY
International delivery times can take some time. To most places it takes about 10 business days and in some cases it takes one or several weeks.
Average shipping times for my items to USA are 8-10 business days.
I am not responsible for any delay of packages stuck in customs or any fee attached to that. Expressed shipping might be available.

IF NO DELIVERY!
Parcels with no tracking number:
If item doesn't arrive within 6 weeks from ordering, Contact me!
Registered Mail is recommended and if you choose NOT to use its tracking feature you might have trouble to get a refund if the item doesn't arrive to you.

Registered Mail:
Parcel has tracking number and insurance. You have received a tracking number with the shipping notification. You can follow your parcel on the internet.

If the item shows delivered on the tracking site but you have not received it, please contact your local Post Office. It has happened that the Post Office marked the item as delivered before delivering and was not able to deliver so the item could be back at the Post Office. If no luck contact me for further instructions!
Privacy
Your data (name, e-mail and postal address) are only saved in your buying- and delivery process. Those data are stored in a safe way to protect your integrity. They are not used in any other way.
