If you want to cancel the purchase, contact me. I will not have any problem in making the full refund of the price of your purchase if the product has not yet been sent. * This option is not valid for custom orders.
Delivery
All orders will be shipped within 5-6 weeks, sometimes sooner but sometimes the creative process can take up to 6 full weeks. The number of the items I have to make, the complexity of them or other factors can influence the creative processing time.
2- Shipping method:
It will be shipped out via Registered mail service. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the shipment is done.
If you need your order ASAP - please contact me prior to purchase and I will send you a quote for express shipment.
I can also ship gifts to other addresses, please just let me know during checkout.
Please fill in your order a FULL ZIP CODE. This will get all of your packages faster to you as the package is sorted faster.
The item will be shipped to the address listed on your Etsy profile (and not your PayPal address) unless you instruct me differently.
3- Estimated shipping times:
Spain: 3-10 business days
Europe: 1-3 weeks
Everywhere else: 2-6 weeks
4- Packaging
Because some of my plushies are too big I can not package them in a cute way. I package the products in an efficient and safe way to obtain the best price for my customer and for the product arrives in perfect conditions. If you see that your package is too small for the plushie that you have bought this is because it is vacuum packed. Don't worry.
5- Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
*I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. It may be the case that the postal company is delayed with shipments. This can be caused by difficult weather conditions or because it is the peak shipping season (November and December). If your order is delayed do not hesitate to contact me. I will make a claim to the postal mail company to expedite the process.

Care instructions:
Do not wash the plushies in the washing machine or put them in the dryer. They can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth or gently hand washed.
Plushies have small parts, they are not intended for children under three years of age.
