5 out of 5 starsI got a Samsung s22+, matte Tough case with an adorable cartoon Loch Ness monster design. I've already received several compliments on how cute it is! The design is framed great on the phone and is printed into the plastic so it won't peel off or anything. Print quality is bright and clear. The case is even better quality that I expected. It's really sturdy and well-made. Will be recommending, and coming back when I finally upgrade my phone!

Clean with damp cotton or microfiber cloth. Add a drop of dish soap to the cloth if needed and wipe the soap down with a clean, damp cloth.
Can I change my address?
I often submit the fulfillment about 1-2 hours later after the order made. If you need any request regarding changing of address, I'm happy to help! But once the orders are submitted, there is no way for me to change the order details anymore.
I will appreciate a lot if you help me double check your address before submitting your order! If incorrect, you will need to contact your local post office about re-routing your package. If a package is returned for address issues, you will need to cover re-shipping costs.

What if I got an issue with my order?
In any case the item arrives is damaged/faulty, has a printing error, please reach out to me. I will try my best to help you! :)
The fastest and easiest way for me to help you is to straight communicate with me directly via private Etsy message! Good if you can also help me take the photo(s) of the item, this will help alot and expedite the process.
Can I cancel my order?
I often submit the fulfillment about 1-2 hour later after the order made. if your order was placed 1-2hours prior, just reach out to me via private Etsy message. I will try my best to accommodate.
But once the order is submitted, I am not able to do any adjustment/cancel the orders as they are in the process of fulfillment or shipped. Thanks for understanding!
Does dirt easily get stuck to the phone case?
It won't attract the dirt to the phone case surface. There might have some dusts lay around the phone gap area (around the screen part). But this is a normal situation, the solution is just need to take it out and clean it :)
For material Issue, is it easily get scratched or is there a protective layer?
The material is make of the Polycarbonate hard plastic. The plastic won't come with and protective layer as it is just a plastic made phone case.
However, it won't scratch easily using your finger nail, ruler etc. Unless you drop your phone onto the rough texture floor, it might cause the scratch. so you have to take care of your phone and prevent it not to drop as frequent as possible :)
