Welcome to my shop! As a busy mom of 3 beautiful kids, I discovered early on the benefits of planning and staying organized. It wasn't long before I discovered the CREATIVE side of planning! Now - creative planning is my passion!

Your creative planning projects should be as fun and unique as you are, which is why I offer the ability to customize your order and tailor your sticker sheets to how YOU plan. I gladly welcome custom orders and special requests.

My planner stickers are designed with the Erin Condren Horizontal Life Planner in mind, however; I offer different sizing for the Vertical Life Planner, Happy Planner (Horizontal and Vertical) and the Recollections spiral-bound planners.

What are the different types of sticker paper offered?

Standard Matte (Permanent)
Premium Matte (Unicorn/Butter Paper, permanent)

When will my order ship?

Please see your order receipt email for current processing times. Your order will definitely ship by the ship date found on your receipt. Shipment pickups occur on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Shipping labels are created no more than 24 hours prior to pickup.

My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received it. What do I do?

Sometimes USPS marks items as delivered before they have actually been delivered. It will typically show up by the next day. If it still has not shown up by then, please check with your neighbors and your local USPS office. You can call USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or visit www.usps.com

Please note: Once an item has been marked "shipped" it is then in the hands of USPS and out of my control. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

If USPS is unable to track your package, please contact me.

My shipping address is incorrect, can I change it?

As long as the order hasn't shipped, I can update your shipping address. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can get the address changed. If the order has already shipped, I am unable to change the shipping address. Please contact USPS to intercept the package (there may be additional fees).

My package was delivered to the wrong address, what can I do?

Unfortunately, this is out of my control as I ship to the address provided. Buyers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if the package is returned due to an incorrect address or spelling mistake.

I placed more than one order, can you combine them and refund excess shipping?

Yes, if neither order has shipped and they are within 24 hours of one another. Please send me a message letting me know you'd like to combine shipping, I will refund any shipping overages. If you do not message me, or leave me a note at checkout, I may combine them, or I may not. Typically, I try to catch additional orders to save you shipping but depending on my current order volume, I may not be able to. If one order has already shipped, they will ship separately.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

Sometimes there is a 24-48 hour delay for tracking to be updated. Occasionally, tracking doesn't get updated at all - but that doesn't mean that your order isn't on its way to you.

If your tracking hasn't updated and it has been at least 15 days from the date your order shipped, please call USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or visit www.usps.com

There is an issue with my order, what do I do?

Please contact me directly. I strive for complete customer satisfaction - however, I am human and sometimes mistakes are made. I would love the opportunity to fix any errors and make it right.
