Shipping
My shipping policy states that ALL items are treated with care. The utmost respect and concern goes into the packing and processing of every item that I package and ship to you.

With the steady rise of shipping costs - added tracking, insurance, etc. must be paid for by the buyer by request with contact before or directly after purchase. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in postal transit.

US (domestic) orders are processed through USPS First Class Mail -- one of the fastest (3-5 business days) and safest ways for the USPS to deliver your mail.

International orders are processed through USPS First Class International Mail services. This particular service has a wonderful reputation for delivering packages and letters with speed (10-14 business days, depending on your country's customs) and efficiency.

ALL orders are shipped using the address provided here in Etsy. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm any change of address, etc. Thank you.

PLEASE Note: Items will vary in size and weight and may not require shipping inside stiff packaging. I assure you, absolutely no corners are cut with ensuring the safe delivery of each item. I want your goods to reach you in the same condition as when they left me; perfect and new and as pictured in listing.
*International orders are NEVER sent inside plain white envelope - always padded for protection.
Refunds and Exchanges
My Return policy states that any item(s) in my shop may be returned for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit. In order to receive any of these options, buyer must return the item. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping exchanged items. Store Credit is only valid for purchase total, Store Credit does not include the cost of shipping. Limit, one Return/Exchange per customer, per item. Please be aware, I reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any returned, exchanged or store credited item(s).

Buyers must contact me first before returning any packages. Items may only be returned within 5 business days of receiving order. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Customers are urged to ship the returned item(s) back with insurance. We will not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage of goods during transit.

The returned item must not be altered and must not have any wear & tear marks.
Additional policies and FAQs
After 15 calendar days have passed all sales will be considered FINAL and no claims whatsoever shall be entertained unless otherwise stated in the listing.

RESERVED Item policy states:
Customers may have an item (or items) held for one business week from the date of creation of the Reserved listing with a non-refundable 30% deposit of total price for Reserved item(s).
If, for any reason, a customer is not able to pay for an item after one business week, the item will go off Reserve and be available for any customer who wishes to purchase.
