I purchased this cat angel ornament for a good friend who had just lost her precious kitty, Jasmine. I experienced excellent, kind, and courteous customer service with this seller. She ships quick, and stays in contact with you through the shipping process. Through no fault of her own, the ornament was a bit misdirected by the postal service, and she offered to replace the ornament (in the event it had been damaged) before my friend even received it.
