I've been carrying this all week during the National Cherry Blossom Festival in Wash, DC. It's beautiful and so well made with a great design and craftsmanship.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
→ You are not pleased with items:
If you are not satisfied with your items / service for any reason, please contact us with the problem before leaving a feedback.
Friendly customer service is our first priority and we'll do our best to solve the problem in reasonable for you way.


→ Returns and exchanges:
• Are always welcome.
• Time frame: 2 weeks after you have received the package - items should be shipped back only to us within that time frame, not delivered.
• Don't want to wait till packages come back to us? - Send us the scan or photo of shipping receipt of the package - we'll proceed you return / exchange immediate.


→ Lost Packages:
• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 1 month from posting date and tracking info approves that.
• We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
• While the claim is being proceed, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
Payment
→ I accept PayPal only.
• Your items will be made and shipped only after the payment is cleared.
• I will ship the item next day after I receive the payment.

You'll receive the note from Etsy once your order has been shipped.

→ Shipping method:
• All packages are sent via International registered airmail.
• Tracking number, delivery confirmation and insurance are already included.
• Singnature is required upon delivery.

● European Union countries - 14-25 days
● Italy - Italy 3-6 weeks
● Australia - 21-30 days
● New Zealand - 14-25 days

● Other countries - to 25 days.

But sometimes postage delays do happen and unfortunately I cannot make post services do their work better so please order in advance!

• If the parcel is returned through the fault of the postal service, in case you forget to take it
away or specified the incorrect address and the parcel returned to me, you'll have to pay the
postage costs again.
