She responds in a timely manner & is friendly & full of helpful information. I feel like she really cares about her customers & the quality of art she creates & sells. HIGHLY recommend this shop! This mask is pretty & comfortable. I LOVE that it doesn’t gap at the sides the way pleated masks do, at least on my face. The nose piece is heavy duty & holds its shape while still allowing me to BREATHE! My complaint about OTHER masks is the way you feel suffocated. This covers completely while allowing you to feel comfortable. The ear ties come open so you can fully customize to your fit by tying, then sliding the knot into the seam pocket. The fabric is high quality. Very happy!
