Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Because all of our products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, if there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged, defective, etc.), please contact me right away — I’ll always do my best to make it right.
What if I ordered the wrong phone model or made a mistake?
Since cases are custom-made, we can’t offer refunds for ordering the wrong model. But if you catch the mistake before production begins, message me as soon as possible and I’ll try to update your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
I want you to be 100% happy with your order!
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong case, send me a message with a photo of the issue, and I’ll contact the printing company to arrange a free replacement.
No need to return the damaged or incorrect item.
My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
First, check your tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
If tracking shows delays or issues, message me — I’ll contact the printing company and we’ll figure out the best solution, whether it’s sending a replacement or helping you track the package.
Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
Yes! 🎨
If you’d like to add custom text, Bible verses, or make small design changes, just message me before ordering. Some designs can’t be altered much due to detail levels, but I’ll work with you to create something you love.
Do you offer discounts for multiple items?
Yes, I do! I often have monthly discount codes available.
If you’re ordering two or more items, just send me a quick message, and I’ll happily share the current discount code with you before you place your order.
What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Sometimes packages are scanned as delivered but arrive later or are left at parcel lockers or mailrooms.
Please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the delivery service first. If the package still doesn’t turn up, contact me and we’ll work together to find a solution.
