I bought this as a gift for a good friend with very particular tastes, and he loves it. You'd think it wouldn't be too hard to find a matte black handmade mug (with interesting glazing details a bonus), but you wouldn't believe how long I looked before finding this gem! And all the mass-produced mug wholesale resellers on Etsy don't make it any easier :| Very well made and pleasing to hold and use, or so my friend says. It's already his favorite mug. This was my second time buying this product from Mud to Life (the first was a gift for a friend) and I'm so glad I finally have one for myself! The mug warmer is beautiful and works so well to keep my tea nice and warm when I invariably take forever to drink it. I suspect this may become a go-to gift for me to give to friends and family.
