Announcement   Hi y'all! Welcome to the Museum Of Kitsch where you never know what retro items from the past will show up for sale. I love vintage stuff from the 1950s and 1960s and all of my friends and family know it.....that is why I named this store the Museum of Kitsch, because they all say my house is like a museum of crazy, kitschy 50s stuff. Hi y'all! Welcome to my little retro shop. I love vintage, but I guess you can probably tell that from all the vintage stuff I am selling! I love finding great items and pairing them with someone who will love them. Please feel free to send me questions and comments; I love talking to customers. Payment
At this time I only accept payments through Paypal. I do appreciate prompt payment.

Paypal: You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal for payment. During checkout, choose the "Paypal" option. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the next page, on the right hand side, you will see 2 options. The 2nd one is to pay using a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in anyway that we can.

Non-Payment: Payments must be received within 24 hours or the order will be cancelled and the item re-listed.
Shipping
Ship Times: Ship times are listed in with each item. Most items are shipped in 1-3 days, unless they are heavy or odd-sized. I ship via various venues, including USPS First Class, Priority, Express, Media Mail, Standard, Greyhound Express or Parcel Post, depending on my customer's needs and / or what is least expensive. Please note that the US Postal Service Priority mail times are NOT guaranteed by the Post Office. I can't be held responsible for shipment time.

US Shipping: If you live outside of the lower 48 states (AK & HI), please contact me before purchasing. Shipping rates do no apply to AK and HI.

At this time I Do NOT ship internationally. I ship to USA only. I will make exceptions for Canada, please e-mail me if you are interested. I will e-mail you, after I ship your box, to let you know your item is on it's way!

Packages can't be shipped until payment clears.

Shipping Materials: Shipping materials are sometimes recycled, but often bought new. I DO use styrofoam packing peanuts in most of my packages when I ship breakable/fragile items. PLEASE let me know if this is a concern to you before purchasing an item.

Rush Shipping: If you need an item rushed, PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE making your purchase.I want to provide my customer the best service possible, and will let you know if I am unable to accommodate your request. I can then change the listing to add the additional postage as necessary. Please note that Priority Shipping is NOT a guaranteed service and I cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines.

Shipping charges will be figured according to distance and weight. I can combine shipping on multiple purchases.

Shipping Insurance: I insure all packages - it's included in the shipping cost. If items arrived damaged, please take clear pictures of the item in the packaging and send them to me. If items are damaged and they can be replaced by me, they will need to be returned before any replacement can happen. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Customer Addresses: All purchases will be shipped to the address listed with your order. This is the address on your Etsy account. If you'd like to have your item shipped elsewhere, please let me know with your order the address to which you want your item shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS: I do not generally give refunds, but will consider refunds on case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you have a problem with an item you purchased from me as I am very up-front in my descriptions about any and all flaws and/or issues that I can see. For any item that the buyer and I agree with be returned, the shipping will *typically* be at the expense of the buyer, unless the error is due to my oversight or fault.

PLEASE ask questions before you buy, read the descriptions carefully, and note any measurements. I do my utmost to photograph and note the condition of my items.

EXCHANGES: Because of the nature of vintage - items being one of a kind - I typically do not do exchanges, unless the buyer and I agree on an exchange. Please contact me - I am happy to discuss any issues with you.

SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDS: Shipping charges are generally not refundable; see above for more information.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT: Any broken or damaged items must be photographed in their packaging (box, peanuts, pillows, etc) within one day of the delivery date as noted by the service provider. Pictures will be needed to file a claim. All items are insured.

Your satisfaction is very important to me, and I take great care in presenting items truthfully and ship them carefully.f in the unlikely event you feel you want to leave negative feedback, please contact me first so I can take reasonable measures to ensure your satisfaction.

FOR CLOTHING AUCTIONS: Please measure yourself BEFORE bidding, as I DO NOT accept a return if an item does not fit. I will fully list all measurements of a garment in the listing, so please measure yourself (or a garment that fits you well) and make sure that the garment will fit you. I will describe the item fully, and describe any and all the flaws that I see; but please understand that I am selling vintage items that have been around for many years so they will invariably have flaws.
