Immediate payment is expected. If you need more time to pay, please contact us before making a purchase. Thank you!
Shipping
All orders will be shipped by air mail, which does not include insurance.
Delivery times vary, but are generally around 10 to 14 business days for international orders. If your package takes longer to arrive, please be patient, as delivery can occasionally take a month or more, especially during the holidays.
Deliveries to France and the European Union are made via Colissimo. A tracking number will be given to you when the parcel is posted. For international deliveries, a tracking option is available with the "Upgrade" option when checking out.
When receiving the parcel, you are required to report any damage before accepting it. Ma Belle Maison cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery, loss or damage related to the delivery of the parcel.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will always ship to your Etsy address. If you would like your order to be shipped to a different address instead, please provide the correct address when placing your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Please keep in mind that shipping costs include packing and shipping materials, although when possible I will use recycled materials. If the shipping cost is more than expected, Ma Belle Maison will reimburse the difference (with a minimum of €1).
Additional policies and FAQs
Items can be placed on reserve for 48 hours. If a reserved item has not been purchased within 48 hours, it will be taken off reserve.
BUSINESS DAYS
We work "in the shop" Monday through Friday. If you contact us during the weekend, we will get back to you as soon as possible after the weekend.
