    In 2007, I became a self taught jewelry designer/maker when I learned how to design my jewelry using Swarovski Crystals and elements for special occasion jewelry and gifts, but in 2017 I decided I would rather be fulfilling my dream to be designing my own apparel and accessories brand. I still designed jewelry for special occasions By request.

    I am also building my own apparel & accessories line in the wonderful world of wearable Artist made artwork.

    I created Maazani Design Co as a self-taught graphic designer. I have learned everything I can about digital apparel design, so that when I paint or draw, I can create my studio work into digital printed products.

    I am always learning new and exciting design techniques to create my artwork on wonderful Eco-and Vegan friendly products using the finest raw materials that you deserve.

    Maazani products are artist designed, handmade, hand cut and sewn. I do not keep inventory. Everything is made to order. From All over Print Apparel to Hand Crafted Jewelry.

    One of the great assets you get with me and my team is our ability to work quickly and efficiently.

    All our products for you are created in one place and that means no sending of your work to 3rd parties, no supply chain delays, and a far higher ability to maintain QC standards. Our fabric is designed by me or a member of my shop and is made just for us milled right in Canada.

    It also means we can manage our own workflow well.
    Generally, our products are made and dispatched within a couple of days. Maximum 5-8 business days.
    We do NOT make products that are ready to ship. Everything is custom created at the time of the order to cut down on waste and over stocked product.

    *****NOTE Production time is generally 2-8 business days depending on your purchase. Most products are just 2-3 days proudly. 1% orders can take up to 15 days in production due to my items go through a rigorous quality control process that has to pass the 3 step requirements for my products that are made in both USA and Canada.

    Barring any issues in production, your order will ship out on time. In the event we have to remake something due to a print or sewing issue, it may take longer, and you will be notified.

    We work Monday to Friday and are closed on weekends and all Canadian holidays. All production and shipping times are in business days and do not include days that we are closed.

    You will get timely updates when your order has processed then shipped.

    Custom and personalized orders

    Custom printed orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.

    Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts.

    In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, Maazani Design Co. reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

    What is your refund/return policy?

    Our personalized products are custom designed printed orders and are non-refundable.

    If there is an issue with your order as far as low resolution on the print or a flaw that we somehow missed, we will remake and send the new item.

    We have a 3 step quality control process to insure this does not happen.

    Please refer to our terms and conditions to see if the issue falls into our allowable range. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.
