Custom orders and digital downloads are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your ready to ship order, please contact us within one week of receiving it to discuss refund options.

Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable and we are not responsible for those charges. We are not responsible for items damaged by the shipping provider. If you want to purchase shipping insurance with USPS, please contact us prior to your purchase so that we may adjust shipping costs accordingly.

I accept Paypal or direct checkout through Etsy which will allow you to use debit & credit cards. You can also use Etsy gift cards. Any order not paid for within seven days is cancelled and we do not start custom orders until they are paid in full. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash payments for online purchases.

I ship within three business days (M-F) of receiving payment for items already made. I ship USPS First Class for small orders and USPS Priority for larger orders. This is based on weight.

At this time we only ship within the USA.

I do not include an invoice in your package unless you request one. It's a small step we take to reduce our paper/waste usage as the invoice is viewable online in your etsy account. This is also helpful when the item is being given as a gift.

If you need faster shipping or shipping insurance, please contact me prior to your purchase so that I can update the shipping charges.

Only one coupon code may be used per order. We do not currently offer a bulk discount or wholesale pricing. We are currently open to limited custom orders. We do not accept international orders, only orders within the United States.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
